It’s a great idea for children to make Christmas poems in the shape of a Christmas decoration.
By Josie Whitehead
‘Twas The day Before Christmas I thought I’d go mad. The presents weren’t wrapped And I had forgotten poor old Dad ‘Twas the day before Christmas – When my pies were all burnt. The oven belched smoke! What a lesson I’d Learnt. Oh! ‘Twas The day Before Christmas, But the icing was all runny. Then the turkey was still frozen. I’m afraid that it wasn’t very funny. ‘Twas the day before Christmas When I packed up my case, and Then when Christmas arrived I’m afraid that I Disappeared Without Trace. ** * . Copyright 2006
