                There were six little pumpkins

                  Sitting in their bed –

                When along came the farmer

                  Who cut off their heads.

                Next came the farmer’s wife

Who took out their insides –

She neatly cut a smiling grin

                  And eyes that opened wide.

                There were six little pumpkins,

                  With candles flickering bright

I think that you have rightly guessed

                  That it’s Halloween tonight!
