                Shhh!  I CAN’T BELIEVE IN SANTA CLAUS

                By Josie Whitehead

                I just can’t believe in Santa Claus

                  And here’s the reason why -

                How on earth do you think he really gets

                  Those reindeer in the sky?

                Do you think they all have engines,

                  And they zoom around like planes?

                Do they really land on chimneys?

                  Oh come on! Use your brains!

                His sleigh must be a massive one

                  For he carries lots of toys;

                And how can fat old Santa

                  Creep around without some noise?

                Perhaps he’s helped by magic?.

                 Oh!  It’s just too much for me. -

                But I’ll keep my doubts inside my head

                  If I want presents by my tree.
