TEMPTINGLY  TANTALIZING

                    HIS TASTEBUDS

I’ve enjoyed making this poem into a shape. It is difficult.

You have to work to get each line a little longer than the line above it.

It is such fun. You might like to try it yourself.

I’ve also tried to think of all the words that describe being tempted.

Notice the three t’s in the heading. Try this also with, perhaps, another subject.

                   Teasingly tempting, yummy chocs

Luring him forwards towards their box.

Enticing his tastebuds, inviting his taste -

To leave them there would be such a waste.

Sensationally sweet and heavenly dark –

Four gorgeous chocolates tugs at his heart

Enticing the tempted to break his resolve –

Soft chocolate sits on his tongue and dissolves.
